Super Bowl Tots

This Super Bowl is looking different than previous years but that doesn't mean a celebration can't be had. We have a few unique Super Bowl recipes for this unique year! We can't wait to share these recipes with our loved ones, discovering a new way for us to connect!

Loaded Tots:

Ingredients:

2 lb.Β Frozen Tater Tots

2 tbsp.Β Butter

1/2 c.Β Chopped Onion

1 lb.Β Bacon

4Β leaves Romaine Lettuce Hearts, Washed And Shredded

4 oz.Β weight Colby Cheese, Shredded

4 oz. weight Pepper Jack Cheese, Shredded

6-8 oz. Sour Cream

Salt And Pepper, to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425ΒΊF.

Arrange tater tots in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven until starting to turn brown, about 20–25 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook bacon to slight crisp and chop into small pieces, and set aside. Bacon will continue to cook in oven.

Melt butter and add onion. Cook for 3 minutes. Add bacon bits, season to taste with salt and pepper

When tater tots are nice and crispy, remove from the oven and sprinkle cooked bacon on top in an even layer. Top with shredded cheese. Return to oven and bake until cheese melts, about 5–10 minutes.

Remove from oven and top with lettuce and sour cream. Serve immediately.

Cheeseburger Tots

For the Sauce:

1/3 c.Β Mayonnaise

3 tbsp.Β Ketchup

2 tbsp.Β Mustard

For the Totchos:

Β 

2 lb.Β Frozen Tater Tots

2 tbsp.Β Butter

1/2 c.Β Chopped Onion

1 lb.Β Ground Beef

Salt And Pepper, to taste

4Β leaves Romaine Lettuce Hearts, Washed And Shredded

8 oz.Β weight Colby Cheese, Shredded

1Β Large Tomato, Diced

3/4 c.Β Dill Pickles

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425ΒΊF.

Mix together all of the ingredients for the sauce. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Arrange tater tots in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven until starting to turn brown, about 20–25 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Melt butter and add onion. Cook for 3 minutes. Add ground beef, season to taste with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink.

When tater tots are nice and crispy, remove from the oven and sprinkle cooked ground beef on top in an even layer. Top with shredded cheese. Return to oven and bake until cheese melts, about 5–10 minutes.

Remove from oven and top with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Drizzle sauce on top. Serve immediately.
