You may purchase a gift certificate to be sent via email or print by visiting our Gift Certificate page. Gift certificates may be purchased for $25, $50, $100, or $200 amounts.
To redeem your gift certificate, simply enter the gift certificate code
in the right-hand column in the checkout. Click "Apply" to apply the

International Shipping
We currently ship packages to the United States, Puerto Rico, and
APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience if we cannot

My Account
Click the "Sign Up" link at the top of our site.
Then,
simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your
information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely
private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
First, navigate to "My Account". From this page, you are able to edit
your shipping and billing address, change your email or password, update
your email preferences, edit or delete your credit/debit card
information, and check your gift certificate balance, as well as view
other options. If you can't find what you're looking for, please contact
our support team for further assistance.
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment
information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout
page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Click the "My Account" link at the top of our site. Under the login box
you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That
link will send an email to you with your password.
You may return a product by filling out our Return Authorization Request Form. Please read our full Returns Policy before filling out the request form.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

the "My Account" link at the top of our site to track the status of
your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has
shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
Order Status
To see if your order has shipped, navigate to Review orders / track
packages from My Account. From there, you will see your recent orders.
At the top underneath your order number is a section titled βOrder
Statusβ. This will determine where your order is in the shipping
process. You can also see the order status of each individual item in
your order on the right hand column next to each item.
To change a quantity in your order, please contact our customer support
team. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has
shipped, the order is no longer editable.
To track your order, navigate to Review orders / track packages from My
Account. From there, you will see your recent orders. In the left-hand
column is a section titled βTrack Your Packageβ with a 30-digit tracking
number. When you click on βTrack Your Packageβ, you will be taken to
the carrierβs website to see the tracking information for your order.
Click the "My Account" link at the top of our site to track your order
status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped
already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with
the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your
packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer
service for assistance.

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict
when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be
able to ship the item to you.
Pricing and billing
For orders placed with us, sales tax is only assessed when shipping to Indiana.
Click the "My Account" link at the top of our site to review your
orders. You may compare your order history on our website with your
financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please
contact customer service for further assistance.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as
well as Amazon Payments, Paypal, and PayPal Credit for automated
processing. We also accept certified money orders, though shipments will
be delayed until payment arrives.
Click on Print invoices under βMy Accountβ to see your recent orders.
(If the order you desire is not shown, try choosing a different time
frame from the drop down menu.) Click on βView or Change Orderβ next to
the order you would like the receipt for in order to view the order
details. At the top right-hand side, click βNeed to Print an Invoice?β
to view a print-friendly copy of your receipt for this order.
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
Initial authorization is taken by your credit card company immediately.
Payment will be captured with your credit card company within 24 to 48
hours after the order is placed. Shipment of the item(s) will occur as
soon as we receive from the manufacturer.Β
