The 9" Shun Premium Kitchen Shears will give you some much-needed power and cutting versatility in the kitchen. The stainless steel blades are constructed with high-carbon molybdenum-vanadium to ensure a longer lifespan and greater cutting efficiency. For a greater grip, one blade contains micro-serrations lining the edge, along with a bone notch grip for those tough chicken bones. When cutting bones or raw meat, feel at ease knowing the blades separate for easy and thorough cleaning which is essential. The unique, offset design gives you the desired cutting balance and optimal leverage for those seemingly impossible cutting tasks. An ergonomic grip provides maximum comfort for both left and right-handed users. These Japanese kitchen shears sport a built-in jar lifter plus a screwdriver. Made in Japan. Shun item number DM7240.
