We partnered with legendary bladesmith Shoichi Kawashima to create the next-generation of knives in Seki, Japan. The sharpest blades we’ve ever made, Kawashima knives are well balanced, highly maneuverable & feel perfect in hand.

  • Nakiri Knife -  The Nakiri is a traditional Asian-inspired knife known for its thin blade & easy-to-use straight cutting edge for slicing vegetables & more. We incorporated a "Spanish point” to improve the utility of the tip.
  • Blade with a purpose - This knife has a narrow spear-point, fine-edge blade ideal for medium-to-large carving chores. It separates meat from bone & slices thin serving portions.
  • High Quality - Made from rare SG2 powdered steel with a 65 Rockwell hardness , the blades are characterized by their curved geometry, wide surface area & razor-sharp 15-degree cutting edge. The curved handle ensures comfort by releasing tension & allowing smoother movements.
