The narrow blade is forged in Germany from top-quality German X50CrMoV15 high carbon stainless steel, then the blade is laser sharpened to a 20-degree beveled edge and tempered to a Rockwell hardness of 55-57. The Pakkawood handle is easy to grip, and the sloped bolster helps provide just the balance you need. Available in a 7" and 9" blade, along with an optional sheath for safekeeping. Hand wash only.
