All-Clad Copper-Core Cookware
All-Clad's Copper-Core Cookware collection uses a five-ply construction featuring a copper core sandwiched between two layers of aluminum, which makes for a super fast and even heating. The aluminum layers are in turn interposed between layers of stainless steel. On these pieces, the stainless steel's exterior is broken up by a ribbon of copper adding a stylistic element to the design. The Copper-Core line is compatible with all cooktop types, including induction.
