Overnight Oats are one of the top food trends for 2019, and for good reason. They're easy to make, delicious, and healthy (depending on your recipe). You can also pack them full of protein with flavored protein powder, and they're easy to mix and match ingredients with so you can create your own! You technically only need to let them sit a couple of hours, but it's easiest to make them before you go to bed so you can enjoy them for breakfast!Β

Directions
Combine ingredients in a jar and mix until combined. Cover and let sit overnight. Eat cool in the morning or heat up for about one minute to enjoy warm.
